GZ Rewards

Earning Rewards is easy! Spend $1 get 1 GZ point. We are making it easier to accumulate your points!

• Insert your Membership Card every time you play Geebung-Zillmere RSL Club gaming machines
• Hand your Membership Card to the cash register staff to swipe every time you purchase a drink from any bar
• Hand your Membership Card to the cash register staff to swipe every time you purchase a Bottle Shop product
• Hand your Membership Card to the cash register staff to swipe every time you purchase a meal or beverage from Bistro G or Zac’s Coffee Shop

 

Every 100 GZ Reward Points you earn equals $1.00 and can be redeemed for your choice of GZ Rewards including cash, Showcase prizes, beverages, meals and Bottle Shop supplies. 

 

How to redeem your points

Redeeming your points is simple.  For cash (minimum 1,000 points) and Showcase prizes, visit the Yellow Rewards Kiosk located in the foyer.  Insert your Membership Card and select the “Prize List” option from the main menu.  Scroll through your prize options and highlight the item you want to redeem by touching it on the screen.  Then just press the “Redeem” button to receive your prize voucher. 

Cash vouchers are redeemable at the Change Counter on Level One of the Club and Showcase prizes can be claimed at the Reception Desk.  You must produce your Membership Card and photograph identification to redeem any voucher. 

To redeem GZ Reward Points for beverages or meals, simply inform the staff member at the cash register of your order and your intention to pay by Reward Points.  Staff will then swipe your Membership Card to redeem your purchase. 

How do we calculate GZ points

When calculating the GZ Reward Points price, we simply multiply the listed price by 100.  For example, if a meal was $12.00, you would need 1,200 GZ Reward Points to make the purchase.

 

Checking your points balance

Your balance of GZ Reward Points can be checked by simply inserting your Membership Card into any Geebung-Zillmere RSL Club gaming machine.  Your balance will appear on the gaming machine display. 

You can also check your GZ Reward Points by inserting your Membership Card in the Yellow Rewards Kiosk located in the foyer.  Your balance will appear on the screen. Points expire on 31st January every year.  

 

What if I lose my Membership Card?

If you lose your Membership Card, first check at the Change Counter or Reception Desk to see if it has been handed in.  If your Membership Card has not been found, your card will be suspended and a new card issued to you.  Your GZ Reward Points balance will be automatically transferred to your replacement card. 

Replacement cards are issued at Club Reception at a cost of $3.00 per card.
